1. Digital Services and Right of Withdrawal

1.1 Nature of Services: Mooter provides digital services, including AI-generated mooting practice and feedback. These services are accessible immediately upon purchase.

1.2 Right of Withdrawal: Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers have a 14-day right to cancel certain contracts. However, this right does not apply to digital content once download or streaming has commenced with the consumer's consent. By purchasing and accessing our services, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right to withdraw from the contract once the service provision has begun.

2.1 Service Issues: If you experience technical issues or believe that our services do not meet the described standards, please contact our support team (hello@mooter.co.uk) within 14 days of the issue. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, may offer a refund or service credit.
